This Cookies Policy explains how Casa360, doing business as Casa360 ("Casa360," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar client-side storage on casa360studios.com (the "Website"), across our brand pillars Vrikshara, Shilara, and Mritika. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences and actions over time, and, in some cases, help us and third parties understand how the Website is used. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which this Policy refers to collectively as "cookies" for readability.
2. What We Currently Deploy
Casa360 uses strictly necessary and functional storage to run the Website, and marketing cookies from Meta Platforms, Inc. (the "Meta Pixel") to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show ads that are relevant to you. We do not use any other analytics tools, session-replay tools, or advertising networks.
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies and Storage
These are essential for the Website to function and cannot be switched off. They enable core features such as:
- Maintaining your logged-in customer session
- Keeping items in your cart as you browse
- Preserving your wishlist between visits
- Redirect throttling if the store is in maintenance mode
Because these items are essential, they are set regardless of consent choices, in accordance with applicable guidance under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011.
2.2 Functional / Preference Storage
These remember choices you make to improve your experience:
- Light/dark theme preference
- Recently viewed products, saved cart, and wishlist for guest sessions
2.3 Marketing and Measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)
The Meta Pixel is a script provided by Meta that loads on every page of the Website. It records the pages you view and the following shopping actions, together with the product IDs, quantities, and prices involved:
- Viewing a product
- Adding a product to your cart
- Starting checkout
- Completing a purchase
It sets the first-party cookies listed in Section 3 so that Meta can recognise your browser across visits and connect a purchase to an ad you saw or clicked. The Meta Pixel may also detect contact details you enter in forms on the Website, such as your email address or phone number, and send them to Meta in hashed form for the matching purpose described below.
We also send the same shopping actions to Meta directly from our server, using Meta's Conversions API, so that measurement still works if the script is blocked. Each action is sent from your browser and from our server under one shared identifier, so Meta counts it only once. These server events include:
- Your IP address, browser type (user-agent), and the address of the page you were on
- The values of the Meta cookies listed in Section 3, if present
- The product and order details listed above
- If you are signed in, your email address and mobile number
- For a completed purchase, also your name, city, state, postcode, and country
Your email address, mobile number, name, and address details are converted on our server into SHA-256 hashes, a one-way encoding, before they are sent. Meta uses the hashes to match the event to a Meta account; it does not receive these details from us in readable form.
Meta processes this information under its own Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, and may use it to measure ad performance, improve ad delivery, and show you ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services.

Additional short-lived cookies may be set momentarily by Razorpay when its checkout modal is opened, and Meta may read or set cookies on its own domains (see Section 4).
4. Third-Party Cookies
Two third parties may set or read cookies during your visit:
- Meta Platforms, Inc., through the Meta Pixel described in Section 2.3. Besides the first-party cookies listed in Section 3, the Meta Pixel's requests to Meta's servers can carry cookies that Meta sets on its own domains, for example if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser. These are governed by Meta's Cookies Policy.
- Razorpay, our payment gateway, only when its checkout interface is opened during payment. Those cookies are set directly by Razorpay under its own privacy policy and are used to secure and process the payment.
We do not embed any other analytics providers, advertising networks, or social-media widgets that set cookies.
5. Managing Your Preferences
5.1 On Our Website
We do not currently present a cookie consent banner. Strictly necessary and functional storage is needed for the Website to work. If you do not want the Meta Pixel to identify your browser, you can block or delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies, block third-party cookies, or use a content blocker that blocks the Meta Pixel (see Section 5.2). Doing so does not affect browsing, your cart, checkout, or your account. Our server will still send the events described in Section 2.3 to Meta, but without those cookie values.
5.2 Through Your Browser
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Because this varies by browser, please refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions. You can also clear your localStorage and sessionStorage through your browser's developer tools or site-settings panel. Note that clearing strictly-necessary items may sign you out and empty your cart/wishlist.
5.3 Through Meta
If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can control how Meta uses activity from websites like ours in Meta's Accounts Centre, under Ad preferences and Your activity off Meta technologies. There you can disconnect past activity and turn off future activity for your account.
5.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. As there is currently no uniform industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, our Website does not respond to them differently at this time.
6. How Long We Retain Cookie Data
Storage lifespans vary by type, as shown in the table in Section 3. We do not keep cookie-derived usage data on our own systems. Information sent to Meta through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API is retained by Meta under its own policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The Website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly use cookies to collect information from children. See our Privacy Policy, Section 12, for more detail.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use, or in applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. If we add new cookies or tracking technologies, we will add them to the table in Section 3 and request your consent where applicable law requires it.
