2. What We Currently Deploy
Casa360 currently uses only strictly necessary and functional storage. We do not deploy analytics cookies, marketing/advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools at this time. If we introduce any of these in the future, we will update this Policy first and, where required, request your consent through a cookie banner before setting them.
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies and Storage
These are essential for the Website to function and cannot be switched off. They enable core features such as:
- Maintaining your logged-in customer session
- Keeping items in your cart as you browse
- Preserving your wishlist between visits
- Redirect throttling if the store is in maintenance mode
Because these items are essential, they are set regardless of consent choices, in accordance with applicable guidance under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011.
2.2 Functional / Preference Storage
These remember choices you make to improve your experience:
- Light/dark theme preference
- Recently viewed products, saved cart, and wishlist for guest sessions

Additional short-lived cookies may be set momentarily by Razorpay when its checkout modal is opened (see Section 4).
4. Third-Party Cookies
The only third party that may set cookies during your visit is Razorpay, our payment gateway, and only when its checkout interface is opened during payment. Those cookies are set directly by Razorpay under its own privacy policy and are used to secure and process the payment.
We do not currently embed third-party analytics providers, advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or social-media widgets that set cookies. If we introduce any such integrations in the future, this Policy will be updated first and, where required, a consent banner will be presented before they load.
5. Managing Your Preferences
5.1 On Our Website
Because Casa360 only deploys strictly-necessary and functional storage today, we do not currently present a cookie consent banner — none of the storage items in Section 3 require prior consent under Indian law. If we later add analytics or marketing cookies, a banner will be presented that lets you accept, reject, or customise by category, and rejecting non-essential cookies will be no more difficult than accepting them.
5.2 Through Your Browser
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Because this varies by browser, please refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions. You can also clear your localStorage and sessionStorage through your browser's developer tools or site-settings panel. Note that clearing strictly-necessary items may sign you out and empty your cart/wishlist.
5.3 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. As there is currently no uniform industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, our Website does not respond to them differently at this time.
6. How Long We Retain Cookie Data
Storage lifespans vary by type, as shown in the table in Section 3. Because we do not currently run analytics, we retain no aggregated cookie-derived usage data.
7. Children's Privacy
The Website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly use cookies to collect information from children. See our Privacy Policy, Section 12, for more detail.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use, or in applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. If we begin deploying analytics or marketing cookies, this Policy will be updated first, and a cookie consent prompt will be added where required.
